Sverdlovsk Oblast Minister of industry and science, Petrov Aleksandr Yuryevich, opened the VIII International Conference Intellectual Property: from Safe Protection to Effective Management at the building of Sverdlovsk Oblast Government on November 9, 2010.

Regional competition of computer graphics took place at the Ural Institute of Economics, Management and Law on November 5. Students of our Institute, Institute of International Relations, Agricultural Academy, University of the Humanities, and Kamensk-Uralsky branch of the UIEML presented their works.
